In the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

THOMAS E. DOBBS, v. JACKSON WOMEN’S HEALTH ORGANIZATION,

Opinion of The Court

Hey, bros and hoes. Sam (the Hammer) Alito here with some bitchin’ news for y’all. We got the case, we got the votes, and the time has come to do what we were sent here to do. Yes, that’s right, we’re gonna overturn Roe v Wade.

The state of Alabama passed a law outlawing abortion — which the folks down there knew very well was a no go when they passed it — and they’re asking us to make it all good by kicking Roe v. Wade to the curb. Well, Alabama may have lost to Georgia in the big game, but we are going to make up for it by giving them an even bigger win here at the court. Go Crimson Tide.

Here’s the real deal. Nowhere in the constitution does it mention abortion, so how can there be a right to abortion in the constitution? Well, there can’t. It makes no sense.

Any case that says there is such a right is just wrong. Case closed. Slam the book. Head out the door.

If the glove don’t fit, you gotta acquit. That’s the law.
