The flatbread I am most ashamed of is equal parts by weight of self-rising flour (yes, I buy self rising flour) and plain Greek yogurt. Mix, rest, roll out and cook on a griddle. It is far from the best in the world, but when eaten fresh off the griddle, or within a coupe hours, it is delightful.
